Excellent job with all parts completed as promised including . ice/water barriers, ridge vent, chimney flashing, and premium underlayment. The entire roof was stripped and replaced in a day. Cleanup was perfect, nothing left for me to take care of. Entire project was very professional with a foreman on site at all times. Price was higher than other bids but this was my only issue.

From the first meeting, roof inspection and then given priority in that the roof was leaking. Financing was approved, painlessly, in 24 hours. The work was scheduled for the next available week day. Day one, dumpster and Porto let arrive. Day two, first thing in the morning, the old roof comes off. Second day, first thing in the morning, the new roof goes on. Fourth day, dumpster goes. Very Professional sales, installation and customer service team. Great communication and follow by the company. Theirs was not the lowest bid, however I appreciated their recommendations. I was out of town during the installation, but I really appreciated their efforts to get the roof installed quickly, before the winter weather kicks in. I also had the gutter shields installed. I will have to wait for the first rain or snow to comment on the effectiveness of the product.

Everything was great. From the initial sales meeting to the final product, eveyone I dealt with was a true professional and seemed truly interested in improving my home, not just to make a sale and move on. After the initial inspection, the salesman did not even want to give me his pitch until he could come back for a follow-up visit during the day with better lighting because of the level of rot damage that was present. The liaison and work crew were easy to work with and did an excellent job. Product was a bit pricey, but overall worth it. I highly recommend these guys.

NESCOR installed new gutters with gutter shield in June 2014. I had had my gutters replaced 5 years earlier and they had never been done right. The technicians that came to install the gutters with gutter shield were professional in every way and took pains to address my areas of concern. The gutters were tested to ensure proper draining before they left the job site. We have had a few hard rain storms since the new gutters were installed and I am happy to report no leaks, no accumulation of debris in the gutters and they are draining properly.
